Born in North Carolina, Stephen has called Central Florida home for the last (25)-years, long enough to become a true Floridian. After proudly serving (13)-years in Military Intelligence for the US Army, he now spends his time serving the homeowners and tenants of Polk County. Stephen enjoys spending time with his family (wife Crystal, daughter Katrina & son Keith) and LOVES sports!! Professionally, he is licensed in Real Estate, has a degree in Behavioral Analysis, and has 10+ years of experience in property management.

Kyle Byram

Kyle has been part of the RPM South Orlando & RPM Lakeside family since 2019. Born & raised in Delaware, Kyle developed a strong work ethic while attending the University of Delaware on a golf scholarship that gets used daily. Kyle is licensed in Real Estate and has (5+)-years of experience in Property Management. Kyle is a dedicated father of three (Lily, 15yrs, Jackson, 10yrs, and Maddison, 4yrs) and loves golf and coaching his son’s football team.
